The machine is designed to use in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
The quick demountable design and ease of use allow efficient dust free loading of the product to the mixing machine with a level point of 5 meters height. The UPV vacuum conveyor creates a vacuum in the working pipeline using an injection pump (index … I) or an electromechanical vacuum pump (index … B).
The structure of the vacuum conveyor includes:
A – working container to be used for loading of the product. It is central element of the machine.
B – discharge gate. It is controlled by means of signals from the control panel.
While creating vacuum in the working container the discharge gate is closed. Once the cycle is over the gate is opening and the product moving from the working container.
C — vacuum pump is switched to the working chamber through the filter block. The vacuum is creating within vacuum pump, in that way the product is sucked in to working chamber.
D – filter block. Depending on the output capacity of the vacuum conveyor, the filter unit consists of several cartridge filters for fine air purification fixed on a common base. Filters are cleaned after each discharge cycle using the reverse current of the air accumulated in the cleaning receiver.
E – receiver of the cleaning of the filters. The receiver is collecting required air or inert gas volume thus filter block is cleaned after signal from the control panel.
K — remote control panel. It is fixed at convenient working and maintaining place and ensures operation cycle of the vacuum feeder.
The machine includes:
- Vacuum feeder UPV-60;
- Pipelines;
- 3 pcs of pneumatic gates Camozzi (Italy) for connecting to bag’s unloaders MKR.
