The semi-automatic dispensing machine consists of a dispenser, an electric foot pedal, a mobile table with a weighing platform and two sets of changeable containers.
The batcher is intended for installation in food, pharmaceutical, chemical and processing industries, as well as in other sectors of the economy.
All parts contacting the mixed product are made of stainless steel AISI 316L. Other metal components are made of stainless steel AISI 304 or painted carbon steel, except for non-painted surfaces according to safety standards.
The semi-automatic batching unit is designed for operation in rooms with nominal values of climatic factors for the type of climatic modification UHL category 4.2 according to GOST 15150. The environment must be explosion-proof, not saturated with conductive dust, not containing aggressive gases and vapors in concentrations that can cause destruction of metals and electrical insulating materials.
The principle of operation of the batching machine is based on the movement of a bulk product using a rotating screw from the internal cavity of the batcher along the outlet pipe, after which the product is pushed out of the pipe and falls under the force of gravity.
The operator moves a barrel with the product to the batcher, removes the lid from the barrel, puts a silicone sealing profile and a clamp on the barrel and moves the barrel under the neck. Then it is necessary to put the heads of the rods of the pneumatic cylinders into the grooves of the brackets welded to the clamp. After that, the operator presses the pneumatic switch located on the rotary beam, and the barrel is pressed to the dispenser neck tightly. Next, the operator activates the rotation mechanism by pressing the «Raise» button. The drum rotation cycle (180 degrees) occurs automatically in two phases: a fast rotation phase (up to 150 degrees) and a slow adjustment phase.
After that the operator positions the mobile table to its regular place, while leading the outlet pipe of the dispenser into the cabinet through the hole. Then the operator places a container corresponding to a given dose on the weight platform of the table and positions the container under the nozzle of the dispenser outlet pipe. Then he starts a single dosing cycle by pressing the foot pedal.
The stirrer rotates with the feed screw at the same time to prevent product caking. The cycle is also carried out in two phases: fast filling and slow filling up to the target set dose. The duration of each phase is set by the operator on the display of the control panel. The speed of rotation of the dosing auger and the rotary mechanism drive is controlled by a frequency converter.
