The working principle of the sieve grinding machine is based on grinding the original product entering the grinding chamber and forcing it through a sieve. The electric motor torque is transmitted to the rotor. The rotor spins for a target time in the forward direction and then in the opposite direction. The rotation time is set by the operator on a timer. The product is broken into small particles by rotating knifes. The product is forced through a fixed sieve under the action of centrifugal forces. The size of the grinding fraction depends on the diameter of the mesh holes and the gap between the rotor and the sieve mesh.
The sieving grinding/ milling machine consists of a grinding chamber, a loading hopper and a drive. A rotor with trihedral blades is installed in the grinding mechanism. Also there are two tension axes in the chamber, which are used to fasten the sieving mesh with holes. The tension axis is fixed in the selected position with a ratchet and a bolt. To ensure safety, the loading hopper is covered a removable safety grate.
