Packaging machine KOMBI-K4/2

Packaging machine KOMBI-K4/2 is universal during re-adjustment and replacement of weighers, allows packing a wide range of products (nuts, coffee, spices, detergents, biscuits, jams, etc.).

Standard configuration

• Microprocessing control system for the machine and the weigher;
• Thermal printer;
• Extended irons with constant heating for polypropylene, multilayer film and laminated paper;
• One set for sleeve forming;
• Photo-tag reading system;
• Pneumatic clamping system for pressure belts.

Packaging material:  

• Polypropylene, multilayer film, paper / polyethylene, paper / aluminum/ polyethylene and other laminated thermo-seal materials (using the constant heating system).
• Polyethylene, polyamide-polyamide, multilayer polyethylene.
• Packaging material thickness 25-70mkm (or other by agreement).

Applicable weighers:

• measuring cup weigher with hand or electromechanical adjustment for the capacity. Dosing is performed by taking of telescopic measuring cups. Possible dose limits are from 100 to 2200 ml. It is designated for the dosing of simple and free-flowing products (cereals, sugar, seeds, nuts, coffee beans, etc.).
• single drive or double-drive screw weigher (5 sizes depending on the required dose from 20 to 2000 ml. It is designated for the dosing of hard-flowing products (mustard flour, milled spices, detergents, starch, etc.).
• liquid piston weigher with smooth adjustment for the dose from 20 to 500 ml and from 100 to 1000 ml. It is designated for the dosing of free-flowing and pasty like products
• 2- or 4- head weigher, the middle speed is 8-12 doses for one head. Dosing is from 20 to 200 g.
• While ordering the weigher it is required to discuss the use and the specifications for the product
