Cubic mixersare designated for mixing food and chemically active products by rotation method using gravity forces and cross-movement of products. Cubic mixers are mainly used for mixing of light and easily deformed products, such as frozen vegetables and berries, extruded snacks, germinated seeds, etc.
Cube mixer construction
The cube mixer consists of a rigid frame, rectangular container, charging door, drive, and control panel.
It is also proposed a speed control system improving the work of the mixer.
Advantages of a cubic mixer
- The absence of mechanical load on mixing products allows mixing of easily deformed and fragile products (cornflakes, frozen vegetables).
- Simple and convenient construction allows carrying out maintenance and sanitary cleaning of the equipment in more convenient way and in more rapid time.
- All parts coming in contact with product are made of stainless steel.
