Screw-type washing machine MMSH is used to wash free-flowing products (seeds, grains, vegetables, pumpkin seeds, plastic granules, etc.) with a low level of contamination.

The product comes from the hopper equipped with a flow control baffle. Washing takes place in the container equipped with a screw feeder which mixes the product and at the same time supplies it to the unloading area, where excess moisture is removed and the product is removed from the machine.

Washing is carried out by flowing water, which is filtered after washing of debris and, upon the customer’s request, can be poured into drain or run in a closed cycle. The operator can adjust the performance of the washing machine, water consumption, washing time. The washing machine is used in production of cereals, lines for seeds frying, plastic processing.
