Groundnut / nuts husk cleaning machine MUS-100SSH is intend to use for mechanical peeling mild husk from the surface of fried nuts.

Construction of the sheller machine

The machine consist of feeding hopper with shutter/ valve, peeling module with stone shafts, sifting plate, air cleaning module, frame, main motor, fan, control panel.

Working principle of the machine is based on multi-step mechanical removing of mild husk from the surface of the fried groundnuts. Fried and cool down groundnut is feeding to machine’s hopper, then spill out evenly on rotating shafts. In the motion the mild husk is removed from the surface of the groundnuts. Then cleaned groundnut is moving by the shafts to discharge holes, and removed husk spilling through the gap between the shafts and removing from the machine. While transporting of the cleaned groundnuts to the discharge hole the groundnuts is cleaning from husking bran and crushed pieces and passing sifting.

Cleaning quality depend on frying degree and frying evenness and quality of groundnuts (groundnuts prefered to be calibrated and without wrinkled or immature or defective nuts).

Cleaning degree can reach about 96 %.

The machine is very easy in maintenance and there is no high qualification of personal required.
