Rotary press for food concentrates

It is designed to produce compact pressed briquettes of food concentrates (like soups, cereals, jelly) or similar products containing binders and formed by means of volume pressing. One size is set with the ability to smoothly adjust the thickness of the briquette.

Operation principle:

The machine drive through a combined worm gear drives a massive one-piece housing with sets of punches and dies inside of it. The processing product is fed with the mixers into the matrix (dies). The machine alternately fills the matrix, compresses the product and pushes it along the guides from the machine. The mechanical adjustment system allows you to smoothly change the dose, briquette thickness and pressing force. Already mixed product is poured into the briquetting equipment.

This equipment can work both independently and in a line with a briquette-wrapping machine.
