Automatic bag opening and emptying machine, series ShR-4

Operation principle:

The bags are loaded into the discharger with a belt conveyor (1), cut by high-speed circular knives in the slitting module, then they are opened and emptied with turning and turning over with the help of a transport drum and fixed skids. The product from the bags spills out through the mesh tray and enters the transport area. The cut bags enter the horizontal auger compactor and are removed from the machine.

A dedusting system with an exhaust fan can be installed above the transport drum through the socket (2).

The bag slitting and emptying system allows you to discharge single-layer bags made of polyethylene and polypropylene.

Bag opening and emptying machine can be used to unload the product in to:

• Downstream tank;
• Screw feeder;
• Belt type feeder;
• Pneumatic pressure or vacuum feeder.

Bag discharge station includes:

• unpacker;
• built-in compactor for slitted and emptied bags (3);
• belt conveyor (1);
• power control cabinet.
