Semi-automatic filling machine DOK for straws

The filler is designed for using in the packaging lines in the food and pharmaceutical industry.

The working principle is based on filling empty volume inside of the straws with the product. The filling machine makes two actions during one cycle: one is to take the dose of the product from the hopper, another is to fill the dose in to polyethylene straw.

The operator fills the cassette with the straws by manual and starts the cycle. Then the cassette is automatically fed to the dosing zone, the lower part of the tube is sealed, the product is dispensed, the upper part of the filled tube is sealed, and the finished tubes are discharged. At this time the operator fills the second cassette with tubes.
