Coating machine MD-200
Dragee machine MD-200 is used for the application of hot and melt glaze on nuts, dried fruits and snacks. The coating machine has a seamless drum that ensures high quality of glazing and polishing. Hot air is used during glaze melting or application and melting of sugar crumb.
The coating machine has the following operation principle: the product of the food or chemical industry is placed in the drum, various food additives are applied on the product surface. The colorants, syrup, chocolate, glaze and other substances are actively used in the food industry as the additives. The rotation of the drum ensures an even layer of the additives on the product, covering not only any part but the whole product. Using additives coating makes the product more attractive to the buyer and distinguish it among others by means of new taste sensations and color characteristics.
