The dryer is applied in the technological processes for dewatering various products in agriculture and the processing industry.
The belt dryer is designed for high performance and continuous operation in industrial environments. Hot air from the heat generators operating on natural gas, liquid heating oil or electric heaters are used as a heat carrier.
The dryer can be equipped with an automatic belt spreader that distributes the product across the whole width of the belt.
Braided belts made of carbon steel or stainless steel are used for transportation of the product in the drying chamber. The side part of the belt is attached to the PR-19.05 drive chains. The drive chains ensure reliable and long-term operation of the dryer. The belt drive chains are protected from product particles by inclined stainless steel bumpers.
The construction of the machine can be made of painted carbon steel with high temperature paint or stainless steel.
The inside of the drying chamber is covered with stainless steel shell. There is a layer of durable basalt mineral insulation between the metal layers. The side walls of the chamber open over the entire area and allow convenient servicing of the machine along the length of the belt. The belt reverse travel is carried out along the contour outside the drying chamber, and such construction allows collecting the debris formed when spilling through the belt into separate compartments for cleaning.
The control panel of the drying machine allows:
- to maintain the drying operating temperature as accurately as possible and change the product heating settings in the sections depending on the required drying mode;
- to indicate the temperature in the area up to 100 mm from the product layer on the belt and the exhaust air outlet in each of the drying sections;
- to adjust drying belt speed. This function allows to use the machine with maximum efficiency;
- the automation system of the machine allows:
- to protect the drive part of the machine from emergency situations as efficiently as possible;
- to regulate the heat output capacity of the heaters;
- to prevent and prevent the possibility of emergencies related to the operation of the machine.
Four electric heating units installed in flow-through mixing chambers are used as heat generators.
The chambers are made of heat-resistant stainless steel in the form of a heat exchanger. The air inflow from the production room or street is used as a cooling agent for the outer surface of the chamber. Cool air is supplied for mixing by axial fans with rotary flaps. The proportion of hot air and cold air can be adjusted manually using diffusers. The heat output of the air heaters can be adjusted stepwise (50/100%) and stepless from the control panel of the automatic control system of the drying machine.
